The company is classified as an Authorized Person pursuant to the Financial Services and Markets Regulations 2015 (“FSMR”) and is licensed to manage a collective investment fund, specifically a Qualified Investor Fund (“QIF”) with underlying investments in Virtual Assets.. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we, acting as data controller, collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access and interact with our website at https://beamventures.com/ and any sub-URL of such a website (the “Website”).
This Privacy Policy applies to all Personal Data (defined below) collected through the Website. Beam Ventures does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
